Set Device On Ground
Set your device on the ground and follow the instructions. You will have to tilt your phone at the correct angle and then stand a few feet back so the camera can see you.
Follow The Trainer
Before starting a drill, the trainer will explain how a drill works in the video. Watch the video closely and then perform the drill when instructed.
